Kaney | Sponsored Rider | Harvard, ID
Kaney is my third sponsored rider for 2025. We first met in 2024 when we pulled into a barn in Deer Lodge, Montana, to overnight on the way home from one of our trips to North Dakota. Kaney and her dad were on their way home from High School Rodeo Nationals and pulled in to the barn right behind us. After talking for just a few minutes we discovered that we only live about 40 minutes apart, and as Kaney jumped on one horse bareback and ponied the others into an arena to let them stretch their legs after a long trip, I KNEW I had to photograph her some time soon. When I decided to take on a few sponsored riders, she was a natural choice!
