Every business has different needs, so I have several different website maintenance plans to choose from. If you don’t see something that works for you, please contact me and I can create a customized plan that will fit your specific needs.
Maintaining current versions of all core, theme and plugin files for optimum performance and security to help thwart hacking attempts and keep things communicating and running smoothly.
Daily backups maintained for 30 days, performance and database optimization.
Your monthly allotment of update time can be used for content updates or changes, as well as strategy sessions or recorded training tutorials to keep your online marketing efforts moving forward so you will continue to grow.

*Basic Support: all issues, revisions and requests are responded to within 2-3 business days, with the exception of website being offline, which will be addressed at the earliest possible opportunity.

***Ultra-Priority Support: All issues, additions and revisions responded to within 12 hours (business days only).
Standard Website hosting includes up to 5000 monthly visits, 5GB disk space, 250 GB bandwidth, 30 days worth of daily backups and an SSL certificate. Additional time for your website updates, and/or support, consultation or training calls can be added at any time. All additional time will be billed at the normal hourly rate for The Mini Horse Plan, and at a reduced hourly rate for all other plans.
Of course! While I would hope you would be able to continue maintaining and improving your website, I understand that sometimes finances must be redirected to other critical issues. You can request a cancellation by emailing me at theresa@cowgirl-media.com, and I will immediately cancel your next payment.

While these packages were created for sites that have been built by Cowgirl Media, I welcome new clients who wish to establish a long term relationship with a new designer/developer.
Your website would first be evaluated to become familiar with its framework and layout, updated and backed up. Recommendations would be provided to bring your website up to Cowgirl Media standards that would allow you to purchase a monthly plan. At this point, a custom maintenance plan would be created specifically for your website and your particular needs. There is a one time fee of $300 to perform this evaluation.
