Add a WordPress Image Gallery to Your Website Without a Plugin

Adding a photo gallery to your website is something that many of us need to do on many occasions. In the past, we’ve always needed to add a 3rd party plugin to make it happen, but in recent years WordPress has added that feature directly to the Media Library, however many people still aren’t aware that this is possible.

Today’s video tutorial will show you how to add a gallery to your WordPress page or post without the need for an additional plugin which can slow down your site.

**NOTE: Be sure to optimize your images for web use before uploading them to the media gallery. I like images to be no larger than 800 pixels, in width or height. This size makes the enlarged image big enough to view well, but keeps the overall image size down for quicker page and image loading speeds.

You work hard enough. Make sure your website is working hard too, with these simple tips!
